The Australian Cycle Alliance (commonly known as ‘Cycle’) is a rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation that is passionate about promoting a safe and inclusive riding environment for all cyclists in Australia. Realising that their current look no longer matched their size and ambition of wide scale cultural and structural change, Liveworm were brought on board to provide them with a new identity to help promote the organisation as an important voice in cycling advocacy.
The concept of normalising sustainable and healthier transport options aligns with values that are embedded in our overall Bachelor of Design degree program, so of course Liveworm were delighted to be working with an organisation like Cycle on their rebranding project.
The final identity was created by Liveworm student Shanan Dallinger. The brief required a bike wheel to be incorporated, which was combined with speech bubbles to emphasise the importance of dialog and communication in this area and also the organisation.
